The AURORA operates a 440W short-arc discharge lamp, supplying 310,000 lux at 10 meters through a 1.5° optical beam path. Unlike static-only beam units, it features an interchangeable rotating glass gobo wheel with 8 patterns in addition to a 14-static gobo wheel.
Optical modulation incorporates a 14-dichroic color wheel, motorized linear focus, independent frost filter, and dual circular prisms (8-facet and 16-facet) with bi-directional speed control.
