The GML BEE LASER is a high-energy hybrid visual luminaire combining a versatile 7-pixel RGBW Wash / Beam moving head with an integrated high-speed RGB graphic laser engine in a single agile chassis. Designed for electronic music venues, touring concert rigs, nightclub installations, and festival stages, it produces multi-layered aerial textures unmatched by single-source fixtures.
Dual Light Engines: 7 × 40W RGBW LEDs and Integrated RGB Laser
The LED array incorporates seven high-output 40W RGBW 4-in-1 emitters rated for 50,000 hours of continuous operation. Centered within the lens array is an 8–10W full-color RGB laser scanner governed by 20 kpps high-speed closed-loop galvanometers with a ±20° optical deflection angle. This enables sharp aerial laser fans, sheets, tunnels, and 3D vector graphics to cut directly through the wash field.
Continuous Front Lens Rotation (Vortex) and Motorized Zoom
The entire front optical plate provides infinite bi-directional continuous rotation with variable speed control, generating sweeping vortex spirals, kaleidoscopic patterns, and blossoming beam arrays. An electronic motorized zoom operating across 4.5° to 45° smoothly transforms the fixture from a tight cluster of concentrated beams into a wide stage wash.
Individual Pixel Mapping and Dynamic Control
The fixture features a choice of two DMX personalities: a streamlined 42-channel mode for rapid deployment and a comprehensive 70-channel profile offering full individual pixel control over all 7 RGBW LED nodes. Lighting programmers can map dynamic chases, color gradients, and pixel-mapped waves that interact seamlessly with the laser galvanometer.
Precise Mechanics, Thermal Design, and Touring Agility
Ultra-responsive 16-bit Pan (540°) and Tilt (205°/270°) positioning ensures rapid movement with auto-correction. Complete control integration includes DMX512, RDM bidirectional feedback, sound-active, and Master/Slave operation. Outfitted with robust PowerCON in/out sockets and 3-pin XLR connectors, the compact 10.5 kg chassis facilitates rapid rigging and effortless road handling.
