Light Engine and Optical Configuration
The GML PAR 1818 IP is a versatile stage and rental wash luminaire in an IP65 cast-aluminum housing. The optical engine is powered by 18 × 18W multi-chip LEDs (RGBW 4-in-1 standard, with optional RGBWA 5-in-1 and RGBWA+UV 6-in-1 configurations). The primary beam angle is 25°, with support for an optional 60° diffusion filter and rotatable barn doors. Correlated color temperature spans from 3000K to 7600K.
Control and User Interface
Onboard configuration is streamlined via an integrated Touch OLED screen. Control protocols include standard DMX512 and RDM across 4, 8, or 10 channel configurations. Optional 2.4 GHz W-DMX wireless reception and smartphone app control (iOS/Android) are available. Dimming provides 0–100% linear curve response, complemented by a 0.3–20 Hz electronic strobe.
Build and Rigging
The die-cast aluminum enclosure operates in extreme environments from -40°C to +45°C. Connectivity features Seetronic PowerCON TRUE1 In/Out and Seetronic 3-pin XLR In/Out connectors. Power consumption is 150W at 220V, with a total luminaire weight of 5.5 kg.
