Optical Engine and Color Rendering
The GML PAR B618 IP utilizes 6 high-output 18W multi-chip LEDs configured in RGBWA+UV (6-in-1). This emitter arrangement produces a saturated color spectrum enhanced by dedicated amber and ultraviolet wavelengths. The luminaire features calibrated color temperature adjustment from 2700K to 10000K in discrete 300K increments. Optical assemblies are specified at 10° or 20° beam distribution. An ultra-high 64kHz PWM drive ensures silent dimming and zero flicker on camera sensors. Rated LED service life is 50,000 hours.
Battery Power Plant and Ingress Protection
Housed in an IP65 die-cast aluminum enclosure, the fixture withstands harsh weather conditions and outdoor precipitation. Independent power is supplied by an onboard 24,000 mAh lithium battery assembly utilizing 18650 industrial cells rated for 500+ charge cycles. A rapid 3-hour recharge cycle provides fast replenishment, reaching 100% capacity within 8 hours. Operating runtime delivers 3 hours under full RGBWA+UV intensity, up to 15 hours in single-color static mode, and 7 hours under automated self-run sequences.
Control Topology and Electronics
User parameters are configured via an OLED touch screen interface featuring a dedicated one-touch CCT menu key. The control infrastructure supports standard DMX512, an integrated 2.4GHz wireless DMX receiver, infrared remote, and iOS/Android mobile application control. Channel modes include 2CH, 6CH, 8CH, and 11CH, complemented by user-selectable runtime limiter profiles (2/4/6/8 hours). Mains operation spans AC 100–250V 50/60Hz with 120W power consumption.
