The four-blade framing system is what separates a profile from every other moving head category. Each blade in the SUPER SCOPE II moves independently, and the entire module rotates ±60°, so the operator can draw any quadrilateral of light onto a surface — a tight rectangle across a cyclorama, a diagonal cut isolating a performer, or a soft-edged wash when the frost filter comes in. At the narrow end of the 3.8°–50° zoom range, the 140mm front lens delivers 24,500 lux at 10m; widened out, the same fixture covers broad scenic areas without repositioning.
Color reproduction runs through a continuous CMY system combined with linear CTO correction across the 3000–7000K range. That span matters in television and theatrical contexts where the light on stage must match the camera's white balance rather than simply look correct to the naked eye. A six-position color wheel with a High CRI filter (Ra up to 88) sits alongside CMY for scenes requiring saturated, dense color that subtractive mixing alone doesn't reach.
The optical chain beyond color includes two rotating gobo wheels — 7 glass gobos each — and an animation wheel for continuous water-flow projection without a secondary unit. A 4-facet circular prism and a 4-facet linear prism, both bi-directional, multiply any gobo or beam geometry. Light and heavy frost filters, a linear iris (5–100%), and a 0–100% electronic dimmer complete the chain, covering the full range from sharp gobo projection to diffuse ambient fill.
