GeNetix GN5
The GeNetix Node 5 is a multifunctional network interface designed for the efficient transmission and distribution of lighting data across various lighting systems. Thanks to its compact form factor, it is suitable for both fixed installations and mobile use.
The device supports ArtNet, sACN, and RDM protocols, allowing for easy integration into modern networked lighting control systems. All DMX ports can be configured as inputs or outputs and also feature adjustable timing settings to optimize performance.
The GeNetix Node 5 is equipped with two network ports, providing flexibility in connectivity. Power can be supplied via both PoE and the network, simplifying installation in various environments.
The device supports Timecode and MIDI, allowing you to synchronize lighting effects with other systems even when located away from the main console. This makes it ideal for complex shows and installations.
Various mounting options include truss mounting, DIN rail mounting, or rack mounting, ensuring versatility.
When connected to MagicQ systems via USB, the device unlocks the software’s full functionality, including support for DMX, Timecode, MIDI, and 10Scene. Network operation with multiple instances is also supported.
